Refund Policy

1. Digital Content
Due to the nature of digital media, all sales for the Better Than Sex Series (digital access) are final. Once access is granted to the episodes, we cannot offer a refund. If you experience technical difficulties, please contact our support team.
2. Seasoning Products
We take great pride in the quality of our seasoning. However, as it is a food product, we cannot accept returns for health and safety reasons once the seal is broken. If your bottle arrives damaged or broken, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
3. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders for the limited first batch of seasoning can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the product has been shipped. Once the shipping label has been created, the standard policy for seasoning products applies.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement depending on your bank's policies.
